Philip Cobb is Managing Director of Cobb Farr. Before becoming a founding director of Cobb Farr, he worked for Lalonde Brothers & Parham, a major West Country Estate Agency, Philip worked in the Bath office and went on to manage the Chippenham and Swindon offices in particular overseeing the marketing of New Developments. Utilizing this experience Philip now also heads up the Land & Development Department at Cobb Farr, Philip has two sons at King Edwards School and is a keen sportsman with rugby and tennis being his prominent interests.

Peter Sykes (RICS) is a Consultant Director of Cobb Farr and is a Land & Development Surveyor. Peter was one of two residential partners for Lalonde Brothers & Parham who were acquired by Prudential Property Services in the late 1980’s. Peter went on to head up PPS nationally and has a high degree of experience and expertise in New Homes & Developments. Peter has property investments in the UK and USA and he also owns the St Martins Hotel in the Isles of Scilly. He enjoys Bath's culture and the many high quality restaurants the City has to offer.

Vivienne Hayes is a Director of Cobb Farr and is responsible for leading the Residential Sales teams in both Bath and Bradford on Avon. A former Senior Manager in the cosmetic and fine fragrance industry, Vivienne has a wealth of experience in the sales and marketing of luxury goods. Vivienne has lived in Bath for the last twenty two years, both on the south and north sides of the City. She has two sons who both went to Millfield School that she enjoys watching play cricket and rugby.

Joanna Sharp is an Associate at Cobb Farr and heads up the marketing and advertising activity within both offices; she has previous experience in photography and graphic design from her employment prior to joining the company in 2002. These skills have been applied to her present role to enable Cobb Farr to offer their clients a greater level of service and bespoke marketing opportunities to enhance the selling of their new development or home. Joanna enjoys regular visits to the Bath Theatre in particular the Ballet and cheering Bath Rugby on at the REC.

Mark Thompson is the Branch Manager of Cobb Farr’s Bradford on Avon office, a role he held previously in Bath, as well as his team responsibilities, he performs valuations, viewings and sales negotiations for his clients. Having worked within the Estate Agency industry for over 10 years, he previously worked for both independent and corporate agencies and has a confident knowledge of the local residential market. Mark was born in Bath and schooled at KES, where he played in the first rugby team.  He continues to love sport (especially rugby and tennis), and is happiest when relaxing with family and friends in and around the area.

Jenny Draper is Lettings Manager, based in the Bath office, and with 35 year’s experience of living in the city is well placed to deal with all Cobb Farr’s rental business. A former partner in a local building company for 25 years gives Jenny a good background knowledge when dealing with property. Both her children attended schools in Bath, which she is convinced is one of the most beautiful cities in the UK. She calls on this depth of local knowledge and experience when letting properties.

Sarah Selway deals with valuations and sales negotiations in Cobb Farr’s Bradford on Avon office. With a wealth of sales experience to call upon from her previous employment within the beauty industry working with key accounts, she appreciates that every customer has different needs, and applies this understanding to all her clients. Having lived in the area for over 15 years she has an intimate knowledge of the homes her hometown has to offer, she is a keen cook and enjoys sailing around the south coast.

Lynette McAlister has worked in the Bath office of Cobb Farr for over 15 years and carries all this experience into her role as Residential Negotiator. Prior to joining Cobb Farr, Lynette worked for the Chairman and Financial Director of a major house builder for 14 years. As an established resident of the city, she has a love of its stunning architecture and spectacular setting, she also has an extensive knowledge of the area's schools as both of her children are educated locally.

Tina Rosling has worked for the Bradford on Avon office since 2003, she is responsible for the office administration to include the production of property brochures that help get our clients’ homes in front of any number of interested parties and dealing with clients within the office. She was born and bred in Bradford on Avon and describes her hometown as ‘a friendly market town surrounded by beautiful countryside’.

Fiona Grove is based in the Bath office, Fiona assists with viewings and is a friendly point of contact both on the phone and in person. As a local farmer’s daughter she knows both Bath and Bradford on Avon very well, and has a great passion for the local countryside, in which, as a fitness enthusiast, she can often be found cycling, walking and running.

Lyndsay Dell, building relationships with clients and gaining an understanding of their needs is central to Lindsay’s role within the Bradford on Avon office. She also recommends which properties to view, something she is more than qualified to do as she has been a resident of the area for over 14 years. Her two favourite destinations in Bath are the Theatre Royal and the Thermae Spa.

Sally Morton is a relative newcomer to the company, Sally works at in the Bath office on Saturdays. She looks after client care including registrations and viewings. As a parent of two small children she knows the family home market well, which includes an intimate knowledge of the area’s schools, as well as the best spots for a picnic.
