“10 years ago, a young girl joined Cobb Farr as an assistant to another member of staff . From the word go Jess continuously showed the ability to deal with everything that was asked of her. 2 years or so later, the other member of staff moved on and Jess eagerly took on the role of marketing, administration and many, many ,other tasks. Very quickly , she reorganised everything and the office began to run even more smoothly than it had previously.
Jess has now become our Office Manager and it is a vital role. She has a handle on everything and coordinates everyone within the office . More than that, she does everything with a smile and with her always totally positive attitude. She is often the first port of call for the public and the information she retains , never ceases to amaze me. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she, along with Nigel, her beloved labrador are a most valuable and constant presence in everyone’s lives who work for Cobb Farr.
It is hard to believe that 10 years has passed and I very much hope that she will continue carry on her outstanding work over the next 10 years and beyond for our company”
